In  the event  of  the school  being closed  to  pupils,  and  in  order to  perform  its  duties  and  obligations,  staff  may  upload and  otherwise process  data  from  home  in  the  course  of  providing  and    processing  learning  packs  for pupils.  Such processing  will  be  the minimum necessary  for  school  standards  and performance.
